Delivery options

There are two shipping methods: Air and Sea.

  • By Air: A faster but more expensive option.

    • Express Air (DHL, FedEx, UPS): Takes about 5 days to the UK and North America.
    • Economy Air: A more affordable option, taking approximately 15 days.

  • By Sea: A cost-effective option with a longer transit time.

    • To the UK: Delivery to the door takes about 40–50 days.
    • To the US: Delivery to the door takes about 30–35 days.

Return Policy

Artificial flower arrangements are not perfectly functional products. Minor issues, such as flowers falling off or slight squashing due to packaging and long shipping periods, do not affect their use and are non-refundable. Come up with some Squashed Flowers is normal after tight box packaging and extended transit. Gently restoring the flowers can help them regain their shape. If some flowers fall off, we can provide extra flowers for you to add or replace.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect products. Customized orders are strictly confirmed before shipping with pictures and videos and are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.

Return Request Period

Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We do not accept returns for used products.

Upon Delivery

Check the boxes immediately. If there is any damage, take photos of the broken box and send them to us. Contact us with order details and issue photos.

Flowers Squashed or Fall off

There are usually extra flowers included in the box as spares. You can simply replace any that fall off.
